- Making end of life decisions can be very stressful to the caregiver. The caregiver thinks they are giving up on their loved one by even thinking about these decisions, let alone, finally making these decisions and putting them into place.

- I have been there taking care of my husband with LBD. Making these decisions made me feel like I was giving up as I getting the DNR papers signed by his PCP, bringing in hospice and palliative care.

- Getting caregivers the help they need, the caregiver not to feel guilty in making these important decisions and putting them in place; actively signing up for hospice and signing the DNR paperwork.
