For patients with musculoskeletal issues, which types of physical therapy are better than others for improvements in symptoms and diagnoses? (e.g., functional manual therapy, counterstrain, etc.)
Describe why this topic is important.
People often turn to opioids, surgery, etc, unnecessarily, because they received poor physical therapy/their doctor jumped right to less conservative interventions. They need guidance on which PT is good.
