Effectiveness of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone (rhGH) in the Treatment of Patients with Cystic Fibrosis
Knowledge Gaps and Future Research Needs (1)
There are gaps in our knowledge about the use of rhGH in the treatment of CF. Future research should address how effectiveness, benefits and harms are affected by dosage and duration of treatment, age, sex, pubertal status, baseline clinical or nutritional status, and prior or concurrent medical therapies.
