In within-class comparisons of second-generation antipsychotics with each other for pediatric use, olanzapine is not statistically different from risperidone or clozapine for treating schizophrenia, as assessed by clinical global impressions and positive and negative symptoms. The strength of evidence in support of this finding is low.
