Kelly Carper is a Management Specialist with 32 years of experience at AHRQ. She provides assistance with Evidence-based Practice Center administration and management tasks. Ms. Carper has served as AHRQ’s Federal Register Liaison and as a Project Officer for assigned grants.

Ms. Carper earned a master of education degree from the University of Maryland in College Park. She was an elementary school teacher for six years in the Montgomery County Public School system, prior to joining AHRQ.
