Change direction of nutrition priority indicator from coverage indicator oriented to quality indicator oriented.

2. Why are you struggling with this issue?

Many nutrition program manager and national policy still thinking and acting more to practical and safety oriented that is low program impact.

3. What do you want to see changed? How will you know that your issue is improving or has been addressed?

Vision, strategy and competence of nutrition program manager.

This report will use as a evidence base to make sure changing in adopting a new advance decision making.
