Oxygen Therapy. According to Kevin Richardson and Dr Sears Oxygen Therapy was routinely used in Medical Care in USA from 1880's to 1932.

This is important is because it is already being used and is so Effective and is inexpensive. According to Kevin Richardson and Dr Sears, Oxygen Therapy cures Cancers and many other Medical Illnesses. In 1931, Dr Otto Warburg won the Noble Prize for work proving cancer is caused whenever a cell is denied 60% of its Oxygen requirements. According to Dr Sear's 8th Element Report, Oxygen Therapy is already being used in the following ways: 1. Hypobaric chamber which causes Oxygen to enter a Patient's skin 2. Ozonater- Patient breaths more Oxygen in the Atmosphere 3. Direct Ozone Injection into a Patient's back 4. Ozone in drinking and/or bathing water. 5. Ozone MAHT and RHP- Blood is removed from Patient and Ozone is mixed in Patient's blood and reinfused back into the Patient 6. Ozone Rectal Insufflation- Ozone is introduced into the Patient's Rectal Area.7. Consuming magnesium peroxide in water which increases Oxygen in Patient's body. In addition to Dr Sear's Report,1. Patients are healed by consuming Stabilized Active Oxygen which Kevin Richarson sells. 2. The Budwig Diet which has a 80% Cancer Cure Rate increases the Oxygen in Patients' cells by their consuming Cottage cheese and flaxseed oil. The cottage cheese enables the flaxseed oil to be absorbed and the flaxseed oil increases oxugen in the Patient. Since Oxygen Therapy is already being used, it should not be costly to prove its effectiveness. Oxygen Therapy can be used inexpensively throughout the World

A Positive Response will make Medical Care more Effective and Affordable to every Human on Earth. The Heartache of seeing Loved Ones suffer horrible Pain and Death will be dramatically reduced . The Economic Loss to our World will be dramatically reduced. I do not know how any Decision Maker could turn this Proposal down.

- Patient/Consumer. I worked for 39 years as a Food Safety and Compliance Officer for the SC Department of Agriculture and was Commissioned by the US Food and Drug Administration to perform Inspections for them. I also performed Country of Origin Inspections for the USDA.

- For four(4) months, I have been doing Research of How to Reduce the Cost of Health Care. I believe the escalating cost of Health Care is going to Bankrupt our Nation . I hope I can prevent this from happening
