Questions: What are the relative effectiveness and risks to preventing hemorhragic stroke in those with prior Afib episodes by: 1. ) inserting a transcatheter LAA and to enable discontinuation of anticoagulants (ex.: apixaban) - but not a.s.a; or 2) avoiding the LAA procedure and continuing the anticoaguolant?

Find no comparison data regarding effect on longevity.

3. What do you want to see changed? How will you know that your issue is improving or has been addressed?

Guidance re decision making for treatment with the LAA
