Interested in practice guideline change/modification that may improve outcomes for non smoking women, under age 65, who have been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma Lung Cancer and have a history of abnormal cervical cytology and/or HPV and May also have a positive HPV 16 or 18 HPV result on either Lung, Vaginal, Cervical or nasalpharyngial samples?
2. Why are you struggling with this issue?
Studies indicate that there has been a disproportionate amount of NON SMOKING Women under age 65 that have been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma non small cell lung Cancer when compared to overall lung cancer populations.
3. What do you want to see changed? How will you know that your issue is improving or has been addressed?
review to verify if there is a disproportionate amount of women, under age 65, that are diagnosed with non small cell adenocarcinoma carcinoma of the lungs and if a practice variation intervention, like what was done with HPV - based Throat Cancer would be useful in improving patient outcomes for these patients and women under age 50 who have adenocarcinoma Cervical Cancer too.
