Briefly describe a specific question, or set of related questions, about a health care test or treatment that this program should consider.

Are diseases being transmitted from person to person via the anus such as by sitting down and sharing seats in public? Since the anus is an orifice, can diseases be spread and/or received through the anus? Might there be conditions conducive to transmission such as bad toilet habits or from sweating, such as after exercising, that can make a soggy and communicable connection between a seat to the anus? All people might be affected since this might be a vector of disease transmission that has not been explored by the medical community. Specifically, a news report stated medical professionals were unable to identify the cause of an outbreak of C. Difficile, where patients seemed to be correlated to visits to a doctor's office and the dentist; and, to me, I suspect these patients might care about health and might go to the gym such as where people would often sit down on public benches in locker rooms, such as after sweating, in their underwear or while wearing nothing. As such, I believe C. Difficile and other diseases might be transmitted through this unexplored vector; and, I cannot find existing research including from the Center for Disease Control that supports or eliminates this possibility.

Describe why this topic is important.

Potentially might discover a new disease vector that might help control future outbreaks and pandemics. Can improve individual hygiene for individuals to prevent disease infection to therefore improve individual health and therefore control public medical costs, potentially across the world.

How will an answer to your research question be used or help inform decisions for you or your group?

This research has no impact on me; this suggestion is for altruistic reasons where the suggestion makes logical sense to me and have been published as a YouTube video to describe my rational concerns, and I have been wondering if research into this topic would have medical benefits to the world.
