1. What is the decision or change you are facing or struggling with where a summary of the evidence would be helpful?

The research "Challenged Conquistadors, Inc." from University of Arkansas, (UAM), recruited by SAU in 1993, has lead to many (4 laws) in Texas 2018 & 2019, with another federal law passed 12.28.19, to reassure those with differences are valued. I regret my poetry "Reasons" from 1992, has not been valued in Beaumont.

2. Why are you struggling with this issue?

People's positive perception of those with unique rehabilitated therapies as referenced to Harvard University, as I conduct daily.  Due to my required safety helmet, have not been allowed to thrive as Gov. Abbott has desired since 2017.

3. What do you want to see changed? How will you know that your issue is improving or has been addressed?

Please ensure police, schools, libraries, are trained on respecting our recovering vs. degrading as has been the case in Beaumont, since 2018?

Ensure our Beaumont Community, etc., is no longer afraid of myself. Differences are valuable & needed for wiser inclusion.
