1. What is the decision or change you are facing or struggling with where a summary of the evidence would be helpful?

I am interested in the impact of human centered care delivery models and supportive empathy/compassion training for staff. How do these types of programs and support impact patient outcomes

2. Why are you struggling with this issue?

This seems to be an emerging field of study that would benefit from more robust evidence based research. There seems to be a significant lag in the adoption of compassion focused care, despite the notion that the goal of healthcare is to improve the lives of others.

3. What do you want to see changed? How will you know that your issue is improving or has been addressed?

I would like to see compassion and empathy training be considered a foundational building block for all health care professionals and organizations.
