Title or short description: Corona in Control in India

Comments or notes about this file:

[redacted: personally identifiable information] health minister, who is also a Dr., has urged the public not to use a/c, because the corona virus remains alive longer in cold conditions. More importantly in places like malls, cinema theatres etc where central a/c system is in operation, virus droplets emitted from a patient is circulated in a c duct and released all over thus infecting others. So we have closed all malls and cinema halls a week ago. We can buy groceries from small non a c shops. I think filters should be fixed in the duct to eleminate the virus where there is no option.
