COVID-19 Treatment

I have an idea for treatment of covid-19 , if the virus enter the body by ACE-2 after that the virus decrease the amount of ACE-2 so it causes fibrosis and vasoconstriction to lungs , fibrosis , testis .. and the function of ace-2 to is to convert ang ii to ang (1-7) .. so what if we decrease ace-2 directly and give the ang(1-7) directly

I am a student and I don’t know how to do tests and examinations to prove the idea

I want to have a medicine to treat covid-19
