1. What is the decision or change you are facing or struggling with where a summary of the evidence would be helpful?

We need more compressive comparative effectiveness and safety information about disease-modifying therapy (DMT) use for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

2. Why are you struggling with this issue?

There are nearly 20 DMTs that vary by efficacy, safety, tolerability, and route of administration.  These medications are also very costly. This information can be used by neurologists and their patients to inform patient centered decision making.

3. What do you want to see changed? How will you know that your issue is improving or has been addressed?

5. What will you do with the evidence report?

A report would be informative for patient centered decision making and perhaps guidelines.
