Describe why this topic is important.: This group tends to be late entry into care and openess will enable others to screen and get the therapy with less stigma.
What specifically motivated you to ask this question? (For example, you are developing a clinical guideline, working with a policy with large uncertainty about the appropriate approach, costly intervention, new research you have read, items in the media you may have seen, a clinical practice dilemma you know of, etc.): There is a research I conducted that focused on Black people born outside the US, how they looked at HIV and, we found out that they would not talk about it and they had a lot of stigma around it and were not awre of the diferent therapies tht made peoples' health outcome better than before.
