More research done on macula degeneration causing blindness in eldery . I read where they isolated a gene that causes inflamaion in MD patients, is it possible that this same gene could cause soooo many cases of arthritis as well ( inflamation causes lots of medical problems besides arthritis in the human body ) ??? I have no idea what the cost of this research or treatments would be , but it would help millions of people all over the world if we ever find a solution.

- there are always risks , but not being a medical person, I really don't know , each individual would have to be willing to go through the testing that the experts come up with down the line.
