1. What is the decision or change (e.g., clinical topic, practice guideline, system design, delivery of care) you are facing or struggling with where a summary of the evidence would be helpful?

I am trying to find Evidence Based Practice on using on-site ACNPs or a similar clinician on night shift to provide clinical support to reduce delays on addressing patient complications

2. Why are you struggling with this issue?

I have been a night nurse for 3 years now and reaching the surgeon or physician at night when needed is a constant struggle and a danger to the patient

3. What do you want to see changed? How will you know that your issue is improving or has been addressed?

I would like a Nurse Practitioner or someone with diagnostic and prescribing capabilities to be assigned to night shift clinical support
